Your return or exchange must meet the following criteria:

• The item(s) must be in brand new, unused condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Apparel must be in unwashed and unworn condition.
• There can be no pet hair, glitter, stains, odors, or other product damage.
• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be received at Oriana-Products facility within 30 days of return authorization.  
• If you received your items as a gift, we gladly accept Gift Exchanges with valid proof of purchase from Oriana Products.com

  If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Please note that all purchases on "sale or discounted items" are final.  Returns on these items are not accepted.
• Qualified exchanges will be processed free of charge, except for original shipping costs.
• Returns for refund to the original payment method will incur a small return shipping charge.
• Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable and all returns and exchanges are less any shipping cost paid on the original order.
• We must receive the return product in our hands before a refund is processed.
